1. Introduction

Welcome to Boosterbot. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "ToS") carefully before using the Boosterbot website, platform, or any services provided by Boosterbot ("Service", "Services"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Free Credit Offer

Boosterbot offers new users a free credit to use the service, no credit card required. Once this credit is exhausted, users will need to provide valid payment information to continue using the Service.

3. Subscriptions

Charges: To continue using the Service after the free credit has been used, users must opt for a monthly subscription and will be notified of the subscription fee before being charged.

Renewal: Subscriptions are automatically renewed every month unless cancelled by the user. It is the user's responsibility to manage their subscription and cancel it if they no longer wish to use the Service.

Cancellation and Refund: Users can cancel their subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription period.

4. Use of Service

Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age.

Account: To use certain features of our Services, you must register for an account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account information updated.

Termination: Boosterbot reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice.

5. User Responsibilities

Integrations: You grant Boosterbot permission to access your git provider and read and store the file contents of your git repositories for the purpose of providing our Services.

Third-party Services: Boosterbot integrates with third-party services such as OpenAI and Microsoft Azure. By using our Services, you grant permission to send relevant data, including git repository file contents, to these third-party services for processing.

Data Security: While we employ industry-standard security measures, users are responsible for safeguarding their account details, such as login credentials.

6. Limitation of Liability

Boosterbot, its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Changes to ToS

Boosterbot reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check the Terms periodically for changes.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
